  • "1) I purchased a part for my softail that went bad a couple months later. The people in the service department provided me a replacement part to help resolve that issue. That is a +1 for customer satisfaction. 2) While it's hard sometimes to get time if you need service done to your bike, but I recently brought in my bike and they took it in right away and I was treated with respect and the mechanic explained the work performed."

From the moment we special ordered our 2005 Road King Custom and loaded it up with accessories, to the suprise my wife gave me when she said Rick went and got the 2012 Softail CVO I was dreaming about from another dealer just for me, to our last unplannned purchase of the 2014 Street Glide Special, we will never be able to say enough good things about Metro.   • "My bike wouldn't start so I called their service department. With in 15 minutes they had a trailer at my house picking up my bike. I hadn't heard anything from them 4 hrs later so I stopped in to check on it. Brad came out to talk to me and I told him what happened to my my bike and less than 1 minute he had me running again. It was totally my fault what happened to my bike. He's the man. He said let him go no charge. Thanks Metro."

Parts dept. personel were very eager to help and knoweledgeable about the vast variety of products they handle. Service dept. goes above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, and no over charging or trying to sell me parts or services that I don't need.   • "Metro Harley Davidson is the best.. My Road king was having some odd noise. Called these wonderful people and they got the bike right in. Fixed it after hours and were not going to leave until they knew bike was good. They went way beyond awesome. Even though I live in Goshen, Indiana I will return there.   • "We were looking for a local dealer to service our '12 Tri Glide. We talked to several friends and just people we would come into contact with and everyone spoke very highly of Metro HD. It didn't take long to decide that Metro would be our HD dealer for service and sales. We went there for a factory recall part and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the helpfulness of the staff members we came into contact with. More HD dealers need to take a lesson from Metro and see how a really good dealership operates!"
