Brian and the rest of the staff were great to deal with. They got me set up with a 2017 Ultra Limited that I am sure I will love riding. "Once again my wife and I had another very positive experience with METRO in Cedar Rapids Iowa. We had a recall on our 2011 Ultra Classic LIMITED with the ABS brakes. I only went in to make an appointment and of course all the mechanics are busy! The maintenance team told me they could get me in if I wanted to hang out for a while. Of course I wanted to hang out and look at all the great deals thay had. My wife and I looked around for approx 15 minutes. Rick, the owner of course greeted us and made us feel very comfortable and made sure we were getting the service we needed. My wife Nicole and I looked at several pieces of chrome and other parts, before we new it, our mechanic Brad informed us our Bike was ready for riding. I know there are several Harley dealerships in Iowa, I'm so glad that we chose METRO in Cedar Rapids as our dealer. Service and a friendly enviroment after the sale is what you will receive from Rick Bowman and all of his employees. I guarentee it! "My wife and I were taking a 2 day bike run. Making a circle between Wisconsin, Iowa and Minn. About 230 miles into our trip our rear tire went down which left us along Hwy 13 thinking our weekend was over. I grabbed my HOG atlas and found Cedar Rapids had a Harley Davidson shop. I called and talked to the service department about my issue. I was told we were about 35 miles out; however, they could come and get us and get us back on the road that day. Well they did just that. My wife and I are so happy with the service Metro Harley-Davidson provided us . Metro Harley-Davidson is truly a AAA place. Everyone that we talked to there was great. Service manager, Truck driver, mechanics, salesmen, partsmen, the guy that opened the door for us and even Riot left a very good impression on my wife and I.
